From April 8th to April 12th, 10 out of the 105 young women from Romania, Hungary, and Croatia participating in CAPSULE, the Erasmus+ European program supporting female entrepreneurship, had an immersive experience. The CAPSULE Bootcamp in Bucharest was carefully designed to equip women entrepreneurs at the beginning of their journey with essential business skills. It included expert-led workshops on topics such as financial management, marketing strategies, personal branding, and work-life balance. Social activities and networking opportunities were also provided.

According to Vlad Craioveanu, CEO and Co-Founder of Impact Hub Bucharest, “Female entrepreneurship is not only a driver of innovation and economic growth; it is also a cornerstone in building a fair and diverse society. Through CAPSULE, we are committed to opening doors for a new generation of women entrepreneurs, giving them access to resources, mentorship, and a supportive community, helping them turn their visions into reality.”

During the five-day bootcamp, participants gained knowledge on creating pricing models, validating business ideas, crafting marketing messages, and implementing sales techniques. They also learned about building a strong personal brand and balancing business and personal well-being. The bootcamp facilitated meaningful connections, networking, reflection, and action planning.

Mihai Zânt, Co-founder of CareerShift.ro, emphasized the importance of self-awareness and self-leadership skills in business success. He stated, “CAPSULE is not just a learning program but an entire ecosystem and community through which we support young women entrepreneurs to define their life mission, develop their entrepreneurship skills, and turn their business ideas from dream to reality.”

Participants left the bootcamp in Croatia, Romania, and Hungary with positive feedback. They expressed gratitude for the opportunity to improve their skills, learn from experts and mentors, and connect with a community of like-minded entrepreneurs.

The CAPSULE program offers various benefits such as education through online courses, mentoring and coaching, business incubation sessions, international bootcamps, and networking opportunities. It started in September 2023 and will continue until February 2025, providing participants with continuous support and learning opportunities.

CAPSULE is an Erasmus+ European program organized by Impact Hub Bucharest, Impact Hub Budapest, Impact Hub Zagreb, and Career Shift. It targets young women aged 18-28 who are interested in developing a business and are at the beginning of their professional career.
